VEVOR Deep Well Submersible Pumps: Choose Your Configuration
Supply irrigation, livestock watering or a home water system with a stainless steel VEVOR submersible well pump. Choose from seven listed configurations spanning 0.5–3 HP, all rated for 230 V / 60 Hz. Select both Power and Control Type: the two 2 HP and two 3 HP versions differ in their starter arrangement and pump dimensions.
Water-Lifting Features
- Multi-stage impellers provide different flow and head capabilities for each model; compare the configuration table before choosing.
- Stainless steel pump construction and an IP68 rating suit submerged operation. Keep the pump immersed and never run it dry.
- A copper motor with thermal protection, an inlet mesh and a built-in check valve support operation. The inlet mesh is not a drinking-water treatment system.
- The supplied cord is 33 ft (10 m) long. This cable length does not specify the maximum installation depth.
Applications and Selection
Use an appropriate configuration for well-water lifting, farm irrigation or a water-supply installation. Select against the required flow at your total pumping head, rather than horsepower alone. Maximum flow and maximum head are separate limits, not a promise of maximum flow at maximum head. Allow for lift, pipe losses and any required outlet pressure.
The stated pump body diameter is 4 in (10.2 cm). Measure the actual casing inside diameter and installation clearance; do not assume every nominal 4-inch well will fit. Check the selected pump dimensions, outlet connection and electrical supply before ordering.

The starter box is not a complete automatic pressure-control system. Plan any required piping, pressure controls, tank and installation accessories for your application; do not infer that accessories shown in a scene illustration are included.
Installation, Compatibility and Care
- Confirm a compatible 230 V / 60 Hz supply and follow the selected model's manual and nameplate. Have electrical connections and any cable extension completed appropriately for the installation.
- Keep the pump fully submerged during operation. Thermal protection does not make dry running acceptable.
- Support and secure the pump as instructed for the installation; do not treat the electrical cable as a lifting line.
- Inspect the intake for sediment and obstructions. Select additional check valves and pressure controls according to the system design and instructions.
- Disconnect power before inspection or service. Check cable condition and intake cleanliness periodically.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which configurations include an external starter box?
The 2 HP and 3 HP options labeled External Starter Box include that box. The Built-in options use built-in starting components. Choose both options to identify the exact SKU.
Will a 4-inch nominal well casing fit?
The stated pump diameter is 4 in (10.2 cm). Confirm the real casing inside diameter and required clearance against the selected model; nominal casing size alone is insufficient.
Can it deliver maximum flow at maximum head?
No. Flow changes with pumping head and system losses. Use the selected model's performance curve and required operating point when choosing a pump.
Does the 33 ft cable mean the pump can only lift water 33 ft?
No. Cord length and maximum pumping head are different specifications. A deeper installation may require a suitable cable extension and installation components.
Can the pump run without water?
No. Keep it submerged and avoid low-water or dry-running conditions.
