Dekuch ("Dekuch", "we", "us", or "our") is a brand operated by Dream Horse (Hong Kong) Trade Co., Limited. We are committed to providing a smooth and transparent return and refund process.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unworn or unused
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To receive a replacement item more quickly, please return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
