Electric honey extraction with adjustable speed

These VEVOR stainless steel honey extractors use a 140 W electric motor instead of a hand crank. Choose the DD-4/8 or DD-2/4 configuration to match your honeycomb frames and working space. Both models are specified for 110–120 V, 60 Hz power and list a 1300 rpm motor speed.

DD-4/8: four deep and four medium frames

Frame fit and working height

Both configurations list deep-frame compatibility at 18.9 × 9 inches (48 × 23 cm) and medium-frame compatibility at 18.9 × 6.3 inches (48 × 16 cm). Check your frames against these dimensions before choosing capacity.

The three supporting legs adjust the overall height between 39.3 and 42.5 inches. The mounting illustration shows securing the feet to a board; do not assume the pictured board is supplied.

Controls and honey collection

• The speed control lets you adjust extraction speed for your frames.
• A transparent lid allows you to observe the basket during extraction.
• The 1.8-inch (45 mm) honey gate and conical drum bottom provide a controlled outlet for collection.
• The stainless steel drum is intended to be cleaned after use; follow the supplied operating instructions and keep electrical parts out of wash water.

Setup and care

Check frame fit and power requirements before use. Set and secure the legs, allow room for a collection container below the honey gate and follow the model's instructions for loading and speed adjustment. Clean the drum after each harvest.

Buying questions

Do these models need hand cranking?

No. Both configurations use a 140 W electric motor with an adjustable speed control.

What power supply is specified?

Both models specify 110–120 V at 60 Hz. Check the product label and supplied instructions before connecting power.

What is the difference between 2/4 and 4/8 frames?

The DD-2/4 basket is shown holding two deep and two medium frames. The DD-4/8 basket is shown holding four deep and four medium frames. Compare the frame measurements as well as capacity.

Is the 1300 rpm specification the frame basket speed?

The specification identifies 1300 rpm as motor speed; it should not be treated as a separately verified basket speed.
