A 201 stainless steel body surrounds a 430 stainless steel interior, with 3 removable full-size 12 × 20 × 6 in food pans. Open the humidity vent to release steam or close it to retain moisture. Two fixed-direction wheels and two swivel wheels allow the cabinet to be repositioned.
