Use the supplied manual for assembly and pressing order. Prepare artwork with the matching cutter, align the correct components in the die and operate the manual handle. Keep the kit components organized by size so parts from different configurations are not mixed.

Frequently asked questions

Does every kit make every button size?

No. Select the button size you need. This listing does not promise that every press accepts every other die.

Does 500 button parts mean 500 finished personalized badges?

No. Parts must be assembled with suitable artwork. The standard 25, 58 and 75 mm kits list 50 blank papers even though they include 500 shells and films. Check the selected kit contents when planning a large project.

Can I cut artwork to the button diameter?

Do not use the nominal finished button diameter as the cutting template. Follow the cutter and instructions for the exact kit.

Are keychain and magnet attachments included?

Only the items listed for the selected kit are included. Do not assume additional attachment types are supplied.
