Ingredient organization and controls

Four 1/3 pans and four 1/6 pans provide eight separate ingredient positions. Removable dividers allow the layout to be adjusted. A digital temperature display and defrost control support operation. The tempered-glass shield provides visibility around the serving area.

PC-lid model selection

The PC-lid configurations use stainless steel pans with PC lids and a glass guard. They have different electrical requirements and physical dimensions from the tempered-glass-shield range.

The E60TW, E55TW and E48TW official electrical requirements are AC115V / 60Hz. Verify your selected unit's rating label and manual before connection. A 304 stainless pan specification does not mean every frame or base component is 304 stainless steel.

Service use, installation and care

Use this prep rail during service to maintain pre-chilled ingredients. It is not intended for continuous or extended food storage. Follow the selected model's manual for glass installation, electrical connection, ventilation clearance, temperature settings and cleaning. Measure the counter and check its load capacity before installation.

Use food-temperature monitoring appropriate to your operation; the adjustable range alone does not establish that every setting is suitable for every food. Disconnect power before cleaning, keep ventilation openings clear and follow the manual for refrigerant servicing.
