NO-DRIP FILLING DEVICE: Both models take material from a 30 L hopper and fill without dripping - the 10-300 ml model uses a rotary valve, while the 50-500 ml model adds an anti-drip nozzle with a conveying pipe and a non-return valve.
CONTROLLABLE FILLING PROCESS: A large-bore air cylinder keeps the whole cycle adjustable - cylinder speed, filling speed and filling volume - so you can dial in repeatable fills. The 50-500 ml model also offers two control modes: press the pedal once to discharge once in manual mode, or fill continuously in auto mode.
STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION: Dose anywhere from 10-300 ml on the compact model to 50-500 ml on the larger one. Stainless steel resists corrosion, rust, acid and alkali, and the switches come off easily for cleaning and maintenance.
AIR PRESSURE GAUGE: A built-in gauge shows live air pressure so you can spot a drop and stop the fill in time. Note: both machines are pneumatically driven and need an air compressor, which is not included.
VARIOUS APPLICATIONS: Fill particle-free liquids and pastes such as cream, shampoo, lotion, oil, toothpaste, sauce and cosmetics, in small-batch or continuous production. Best suited to materials with good fluidity; overly viscous pastes are not suitable.
