Intelligent LCD Control Panel: the 7.4 QT models have an LCD panel with a rotary knob, so you can read the remaining time on screen, set different durations for different purposes, and let the auto-stop function free up your hands.
6-Speed Pure-Copper Motor: every configuration runs a 660 W gear-driven copper motor for continuous high-torque mixing, quiet operation and outstanding reliability. Speeds 1-2 suit bread and cakes, 3-4 butter and salad, and 5-6 cream and egg white; the top speed also handles meat and juice.
Dishwasher-Safe Mixing Attachments: each mixer ships with a dough hook for kneading flour, a flat beater for butter and mashed potatoes and a wire whisk for creams and custards, plus a scraper, so you can start baking right away. The flat beater has a soft silicone edge that scrapes sticky ingredients off the bowl wall.
Stainless Steel Bowl and Tilt-Head Access: the 7.4 QT configurations use a 7.4 QT / 7 L stainless steel bowl with a built-in thermostatic heating element for fermentation and a splash-proof cover, while the 6 QT configuration uses a 6 QT stainless steel bowl with a single handle. The tilt-head design makes swapping attachments and pouring in ingredients convenient.
Optional Meat Grinder and Juicer: the 5-in-1 7.4 QT kit adds a front-mounted meat grinder and a top-mounted juice cup, and the 3-in-1 6 QT kit adds a meat grinder and a juice blender - choose the accessory set that matches how you cook.
Never Worry About Mixing: planetary mixing keeps the beater in full contact with the bowl's inner wall, so ingredients left on the sides or at the bottom are folded back into the mix. Knead dough and other bakery essentials with confidence.
