- Deep Grip Without Damage: The pulling force is spread evenly over the bearing, so the bearing liner and the pinion seal surfaces are not pried or scored while the bearing comes out.
- Built to Last: The jaws, clamshells, screw rod and puller body are made of 45# steel that resists abrasion, corrosion and impact, and the ball bearing head keeps friction low so more force reaches the bearing.
- Simple to Operate: Assemble the puller on the bearing, tighten the adjusting rings and turn the center screw by hand or with an impact gun; no other special tool is needed.
- Wide Application: For lower unit bearing carriers on outboard motors and for carrier and pinion bearings in Dana and Ford axle differentials during gear, bearing and seal replacement.
