120 PPD COMMERCIAL DEHUMIDIFIER: Removing 55 pints of moisture per day in AHAM conditions, this unit can also remove 120 pints per day approximately in nearly saturated conditions. In spaces up to 1,700 square feet. Humidity setting range: 10-98% (± 1%). Its powerful 200 CFM fan moves air quickly through the unit. This dehumidifier is a good choice for even commercial spaces such as warehouses, factories, bars, restaurants, museums, garages and laboratories.
CONTINUOUS DRAINAGE FOR BASEMENT: Gravity drainage by connecting the drain hose while making sure the outlet sits above the floor drain so water will flow downhill. Connect external condensate pump (additional purchase) for drainage to a sink or drain upstairs.
AUTO DEFROST: Working temperature range: 41-104°F. If frost is detected on the coils, it runs an automatic defrost cycle. Epoxy-coated coils prevent corrosion and freon leaks. Removable filter protects internal components.
REMOTE CONTROL: Intelligent touch panel with 33-inch extension cord (purchased separately) allows remote operation. Built-in humidistat automatically adjusts operation. Unit restarts with previous settings after power outage.
COMPACT DESIGN FOR CRAWL SPACE: At just 19.3"D x 12.4"W x 14.15"H, with 4 levelling feet and portable handle. Can be hung or placed on a level surface. Rubber feet protect flooring.
